Real Food For Kids

Food insecurity in our region has reached urgent levels. Many kids are going to school without the meals they need to learn and thrive. Real Food for Kids: Chefs Feeding Families was created at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to meet this need and is powered by local chefs, restaurants, and farms. Families receive nourishing meals and produce bags, along with simple recipes and bilingual nutrition tips, to support healthy eating at home.

Since 2020, we have provided more than 550,000 plant-forward meals and produce bags to children and their families.
