This event is a fundraiser for Real Food for Kids, a local non-profit whose mission is to improve eating behaviors and health outcomes for children and families through innovative, collaborative programs. Additional opportunities to support Real Food for Kids will be available at the event.  All donations provide delicious, plant-forward meals and meal kits to children and families hardest hit by the pandemic in northern Virginia.

FRESH FOOD EXPLORERS is a nutrition education video and activity series designed by Real Food for Kids to build enthusiasm for fresh fruits and vegetables in young learners. The series will be adapted for this fall’s Junior Chef program at Willowsford.
